Moraine Lake Banff

Banff is a Canadian Resort Town that was discovered in 1883 by railway workers who happened upon a heated mineral spring - which later was named the Banff National Park.

Word of the 'healing' powers of the spring spread, bringing tourists to the newly built town.

Today, Banff is known more for its incredible Skiing, than its hot springs. Approximately 5,000 people call Banff home, however in the Winter over 30,000 visit.
